The Design/Build & Construction Management (CM) concepts involve the implementation of all functions necessary to achieve this objective, while permitting the client a high degree of control and flexibility. When assuming the CM role, M/2 Group is responsible for the compliment and support between client/owner and the design/construction teams. We possess the financial and construction expertise necessary to direct and provide accountability for costs and time control constraints as set by the client.

  • Pre-Construction: Project organization and scheduling, contractor prequalification, specification review and tender packaging, contractor selection and price negotiations.
  • Construction: Change order processing and control, integration of construction and master project schedules, coordination & supervision of all contractors, technical inspections and reviews.
  • Post- Construction: Client move assistance and close-out document procurement.
  • Ongoing: Project administration, accounting and budgeting, value engineering assistance, schedule and budget control.


With extensive experience in the contracting field, M/2 Group Inc. can comfortably take on the role of General and Prime Contractor for our client. The greatest advantage to the client is that this approach allows for the most competitive means of construction based on the designers’ solutions (concept drawings and plans). We provide for General Contracting requirements a bonding facility through the Travellers (St. Paul’s) Guarantee Company if needed.

  • Tenant or owner furniture selection and procurement.
